尹建波 1981年出生，辽宁丹东人，中共党员，理学博士，副教授，兰州理工大学材料科学与工程院无机非金属专业教师。
主要研究方向为新能源材料，包括锂电池、钠电池、固态电池及太阳能电池阳极材料的研究。
2005年7月本科毕业于沈阳化工大学，同年进入陕西师范大学学习，2008年获得硕士学位。2011年9月至2014年7月在中科院兰州化学与物理研究所学习，获得博士学位。
现主要从事金属氧化物、硫化物及石墨烯等新能源电池光阳极材料的模拟设计与应用工作。先后主持和参加了多项甘肃省自然科学基金、国家自然科学基金与重点实验室开放基金等。先后发表30余篇SCI论文。近期主要代表性论文如下：
